...So I left the "red stone" on the top of Thorang Pass in a Buddhist cairn. We had trekked for about 10 days when we got to the pass and that morning we started hiking at 4am. I have some pictures and it was a beautiful morning. I thought about your dad and the beauty of your gift to him. I thought about my dad as well who died young. It was a pretty moving moment. I'm still in the Annapurna Mountains...
